It might be nice to own a car in Bogota... if you wanted to drive in this - or have 2 days every week where you aren't allowed to drive. Or there's the alternative - busses. This one, no matter what you may think, is NOT full.
Torre Fuerte... or Torre Loco (and the street across).

I thought Albuquerque was bad traffic! Those buses do look full, what do they look like when they are truly full???
